Financial Data Analyst

The company is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. The company specializes in the sphere of B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a data analytics professional with a strong focus on financial modeling to develop and maintain analytical tools for planning, forecasting, and evaluating business performance. This role requires advanced technical skills in working with data and a solid understanding of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models (P&L, Cash Flow, forecasting, scenario analysis).
• Work with data pipelines, integrating information from various sources (CRM, ERP, banking systems, etc.).
• Prepare and automate reports for financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Build and maintain visualizations in Tableau.
• Design and optimize ETL processes for financial data.
• Model data to evaluate key metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with finance, product, and operations teams to deliver analytics.
• Participate in projects aimed at automating financial functions and processes.

Requirements:

• Experience working with financial data and accounting principles (knowledge of IFRS is an advantage).
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets (including complex formulas, arrays, Power Query, etc.).
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines and SQL processes.
• Skills in statistical analysis and financial modeling.
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar function.
• English - Advanced level or higher.
• Experience in automating financial processes is a strong plus.

Nice To Have:

• Experience in brokerage, fintech, or payments industry.
• Experience integrating data from Salesforce, Revenue Cloud, or other CRM/ERP systems.
