Graduate Engineer Trainee – Electrical

Full Time

  • Prepare and review electrical designs, technical studies, reports, and drawings.
  • Perform electrical design calculations and develop single-line diagrams (SLDs).
  • Compile comprehensive electrical design packages and coordinate directly with the Lead Engineer and lead offices.
  • Evaluate the cost implications and potential risks associated with electrical designs and installations.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of electrical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Participate in site meetings, conduct surveys, and perform quality inspections of on-site electrical works.
  • Draft and finalize study reports to support project development and decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • B.E. or B.Tech  Electrical 

Knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • Familiarity with Solar PV, Wind, or other renewable energy technologies.
  • Understanding of Indian and international electrical standards is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of detailed electrical design for PV systems and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
  • Foundational ability to conduct power system studies.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and fast-learning attitude, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software used in process and electrical design.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
