Position: Senior DevOps Engineer-Linux infrastructure
Location: Munich, Germany
Type: Full-time/on-site
Tasks:
- Responsibility for the technical, procedural, quantitative, and qualitative implementation of work packages in compliance with regulations in the respective time cycles (sprint, releases)
- Support for the chapter lead, architects, and PO in the design and assurance of the DoR of process types and scheduling (sprint, release)
- Maintenance, management, assurance, and compliance with data quality
- Maintaining, managing, ensuring, and adhering to data quality
in the corresponding tools for the respective work packages - Responsibility for the technical, procedural, and compliance-compliant
achievement of the respective work packages (DoD), sprint goals, and
releases - Responsibility for the creation, testing, and continuous provision - Responsibility for the design, development, testing, provisioning, implementation, and execution of automation solutions for deployments, configurations, provisioning, patching, orchestration, scaling, performance optimization, documentation, and maintenance of IT services and applications
- Accountable for the planning, execution, review, and documentation of deployments and the commissioning of productive services
- Ensuring service management processes (service request, service level agreement, service level agreement,

Requirements:
- Independently structure, design, and implement operational tasks
- Knowledge and ideally certification in ITSM frameworks such as e.g.: ITIL v3 or v4
- Knowledge of IT network infrastructure (technologies, protocols, IT network plans, diagrams, enterprise networks
- Knowledge of IT security (e.g., identity and access management, SE Linux)
- C1 level German and English language skills
- At least 5 years of experience in IT service operations
- At least 5 years of experience as an engineer in a Linux enterprise environment
- At least 5 years of experience in the implementation and operation of
- Linux distributions in an enterprise environment (e.g., RedHat, Debian) should largely include the following topics:
- At least 3 years of experience in cluster virtualization environments
- At least 2 years of experience in cluster containerization environments with a focus on Kubernetes or OpenShift in the enterprise environment
- At least 2 years of experience in central patch management
