Position: Junior DevOps-Engineer-Linux infrastructure
Location: Munich, Germany
Type: Full-time/on-site
Tasks:
- Responsibility for the technical, procedural, quantitative, and
qualitative implementation of work packages in compliance with regulations in the respective time cycles (sprint, releases) - Supporting the PO and architects in designing and creating the DoR for process types and scheduling (sprint, release)
- Maintenance, administration, assurance, and compliance with data quality in the corresponding tools for the respective work packages
- Responsibility for the technical, procedural, and compliance-compliant
achievement of the respective work packages (DoD), sprint goals, and
releases - Responsibility for the creation, testing, and continuous provisioning of deployments
- Responsibility for the development, testing, provisioning, implementation, and execution of automations for deployments, configurations, provisioning, patching, orchestration, scaling,
performance optimizations, documentation of IT services,
services, and applications - Responsibility for the execution, review, and documentation of deployments
- Support in the analysis, solution, workarounds, and bug fixing of
3rd and 2nd level service tickets - Responsibility for the implementation, testing, and maintenance and continuous ensuring of event management (monitoring, logging, alerting) of the respective IT services and applications
- Responsibility for ensuring documentation (operating,
interface documentation, etc.)
Requirements:
- Independently structuring operational tasks
- Deployment and operational experience with Linux-based IT services
(e.g., directory and basic services, server administration, patch management, monitoring, and logging) - Knowledge and, ideally, certification in ITSM frameworks such as
e.g., ITIL v4 - Knowledge of IT network infrastructure (technologies, protocols, IT network plans)
- Knowledge of IT security (e.g., SE Linux)
- C1 level German and English language skills
- At least 2 years of experience in IT service operations
- At least 2 years of experience as an engineer in a Linux enterprise environment
- At least 2 years of experience in the implementation and operation of
Linux distributions in an enterprise environment (e.g., RedHat, Debian) The following topics should be covered for the most part: - At least 1 year of experience in cluster virtualization environments
in an enterprise environment - At least 1 year of experience in cluster containerization environments
with a focus on Kubernetes or OpenShift in an enterprise environment - At least 1 year of experience in central patch management
