Application Process:

Step 1 – Application Form

When you apply for the Gen-D Graduate Program, you’ll complete an application form so we can get to know you and your background. As part of your application, you’ll also answer pre-screening questions to fully complete your submission.

Step 2 – Online Assessment

If your background and experience match the requirements, you’ll be invited to the online assessment stage, which includes:

• Video Interview
• Technical Online Assessments
  

Step 3 – Onsite Assessment Center

Top candidates will be invited to our Assessment Center, which includes group activities and interviews. This is your opportunity to collaborate & problem-solve.

We’re looking for an Operations Graduate to join our Gen-D Program and gain hands-on experience in optimizing processes, driving efficiency, and supporting key business operations. If you have a background in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, and you’re ready to work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results from day one, we’d like to hear from you!
