For the third year in a row, we’re opening the door for ambitious 2024–2025 graduates to join us for 6 months of real work, real growth, and real impact.

Starting September 2025, you’ll join one function across Dsquares departments and dive deep into real projects, real brands, and real results.

Application Process:

Step 1 – Application Form

When you apply for the Gen-D Graduate Program, you’ll complete an application form so we can get to know you and your background. As part of your application, you’ll also answer pre-screening questions to fully complete your submission.

Step 2 – Online Assessment

If your background and experience match the requirements, you’ll be invited to the online assessment stage, which includes:

• Video Interview.
• Technical Online Assessments
  
  

Step 3 – Onsite Assessment Center

Top candidates will be invited to our Assessment Center, which includes group activities and interviews. This is your opportunity to collaborate & problem-solve.

We’re looking for a People & Culture Graduate to join our Gen-D Program and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and culture-building initiatives. If you have a background in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, with a passion for connecting with people, fostering a positive workplace, and bringing fresh ideas to HR, we’d like to hear from you!
