Job Description
Mission:
Implement the assigned parts of the project within his/her unit/department, in keeping with established procedure, facilitating compliance with established deadlines and coordinating the necessary resources (human and material), so as to contribute to significantly improving the project.
They are responsible for the organisation’s external communication. The duties include: maintaining a positive relationship with clients, shareholders, investors, government and other regulatory agents; representing the company as a point of contact between the organisation, the government and the leaders of the community; identifying, gathering and sharing information and knowledge about the business, as well as employee’s knowledge and change management.
Required Skills and Competencies
Key tasks and duties to be performed:
• Work collaboratively with the Customer and Community Team, wider alliance and the AT communica-tions and media teams to establish and maintain customer focused, simple and excellent communica-tions content and channels.
• Produce communication materials including but not limited to, strategic campaign plans, monthly pro-ject updates for distribution to stakeholders and the community, letters, information packs, presenta-tions, brochures, fact sheets, graphics, monthly photos, videos, animations, social and website con-tent, online forums, banners, scrim and information boards in multiple languages.
• Provide internal communications support to the wider Customer and Community Team and alliance.
• Source and manage suppliers for the provision of video, photo, drone and timelapse imagery.
• Lead and manage the advertising campaigns for major project work
• Brand champion for the alliance, working with AT to ensure compliance.
• Work with AT’s media team to manage and resolve media queries, risks and opportunities.
