Role Summary

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect / Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team on the Green Riyadh project. This role demands visionary design thinking, technical expertise, and leadership in delivering world-class landscape architecture solutions that align with the project's sustainability and aesthetic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of landscape architecture plans for large-scale urban projects

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including urban planners, engineers, and environmental specialists

Ensure compliance with local regulations, sustainability standards, and project specifications

Oversee site analysis, concept development, and detailed design phases

Manage client presentations, stakeholder engagement, and design reviews

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers

Coordinate with contractors and consultants during construction phases

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of design packages

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture with 15+ years of experience

Masters degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture with 12+ years of experience

Preferred degree from a Western-accredited university

Membership in a recognized chartered institution (e.g., RIBA, ASLA, AIA, etc.)

Proven track record in delivering large-scale landscape or urban design projects

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
