Post-doctoral Fellow in Experimental Nuclear Physics in the Department of Physics (Ref. 532767)
Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in Experimental Nuclear Physics in the Department of Physics at the University of Hong Kong (HKU), to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal up to 3 years subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess (or expect to possess soon) a Ph.D. degree in experimental nuclear physics. The appointee will work with Prof. Jenny Lee to perform and analyze data for experiment at IMP / HIAF/ RIKEN. The appointee is also expected to work on construction of detection system. A competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
