ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Administrator to join our team supporting our long-term detailed and bulk earthworks, electrical services, infrastructure and construction scopes in Rockingham, WA. The role will be initially based at our Balcatta office and transitioning to Rockingham in February 2025.

As the Senior Project Administrator, you will be responsible for responsible for managing and coordinating project administration activities, supporting project managers and teams to meet deadlines, maintain compliance, and deliver successful outcomes.

Other key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Mentor and support a team of administrators, providing training, guidance, and coaching to achieve business objectives.
Work closely with Project Managers, Project Directors, and corporate teams to meet project requirements.
Manage competing priorities, ensuring deadlines and stakeholder needs are consistently met.
Ensure compliance across onboarding of personal to site.
Oversee timesheet management, ensuring accurate collation and validation.
Raising purchase orders and ensure accurate record keeping of dockets.

To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

3-5 years’ experience in a leadership role, ideally site based.
Proven experience working on high volume, major projects.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve project and organisational goals.
Ability to obtain and maintain Defence security clearance (essential)
Australian Defence Force (ADF) experience is desirable.
