Spring Backend Developer

What You'll do:

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot;

- Build and optimize REST APIs for scalable solutions;

- Work with relational databases and ensure data integrity and performance;

- Implement persistence using JPA and manage builds with Maven or Gradle;

- Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker and/or Kubernetes;

- Apply Git for version control and ensure code quality with automated testing (unit, integration, etc.);

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments (Scrum or equivalent);

- Communicate effectively in Portuguese (spoken and written);

- Hybrid Work Model.



What You Are:

- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;

- Minimum of 6 years (Senior) and 4 years (Mid-level) of professional experience;

- Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot;

- Strong knowledge of relational databases;

- Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes;

- Proficiency with JPA, Maven or Gradle, and Git;

- Experience building REST APIs;

- Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, etc.);

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools;

- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written);

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ;

- Cloud development experience, preferably Azure;

- Knowledge of DevOps practices;

- Java certifications;

- Cloud-related certifications;

- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
