 Are you passionate about growing a career in Human Resources? Have you completed HR papers at university or have some experience working in an HR team?

About the role
Your role within our small but mighty People & Culture team involves being the go-to person within the team and business to support a variety of HR, L&D and Talent Acquisition initiatives. We need someone with a great eye for detail who is keen to be involved in all things HR.

 What you will be doing:

·       Work with our People & Culture Business Partner’s and Advisor to support them with key HR activities and initiatives

·       Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Team with the delivery of recruitment activities

·       Assist with the coordination of the Graduate and Internship programmes across our three offices in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch

·       Collate and prepare people reports for the National P&C Manager

·       Support the Learning & Development team to coordinate training activities across all three offices

·       Own the onboarding, induction and exit processes

·       Manage the teams’ systems and ensure all documentation is stored securely


About You

  • You’ll ideally have 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role but if you are a sharp graduate looking to get into HR, we’d like to hear from you too!
  • You’re a confident and proactive individual who enjoys using your initiative to solve problems and add value
  • You’ll possess superb organisation and time management skills
  • You’ll have exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
  • You’re someone who builds relationships quickly
  • You’ll pick up and master new systems with ease and already comfortable using the Microsoft 365 suite. In particular you’ll be advanced in Excel, with experience using Power Automate advantageous
