Experienced Associate - Economic & Policy Advisory | Business Consulting - Hanoi Office

At EY, we help governments and global organizations tackle complex challenges through purpose-driven transformation. Our Economic & Policy Advisory team works with ministries, state-owned enterprises, and international donors like ADB, World Bank, and other bilateral agencies.

We advise on:

• Infrastructure development (digital, transport, energy, healthcare, education, etc.).
• Public-private partnerships (PPP), public finance, investment, procurement.
• Green economy, sustainability, net-zero transitions, ESG transformation.

What you’ll do:

• Support consulting projects for government and donor clients.
• Conduct research, analysis, and develop insights, and solutions.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and facilitate workshops.
• Assist in proposals and client engagement.

What you’ll need:

• Degree in economics, law, finance, public policy, or related fields (Master’s is a plus).
• 1 – 3 years experience in infrastructure financing, policy advisory, project management, and working with public agencies/international organizations (WB, ADB, JICA, etc.).
• Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese & English.
