About Us

The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. The company's main customer is IKEA. Today we are looking for a detail-orientated and experienced Quality Controllers that are confident in ensuring that all incoming raw materials, in-process components, and final products meet our stringent quality standards, as well as the expectations of our customers. We are looking to fill two positions, one for incoming raw materials and the other for the finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify the quality of incoming raw materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on in-process items, final products, and packed production before each shipment.
• Ensure all products meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Continuous internal audits are conducted, to monitor and improve quality control processes.
• Documents audit/inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Collaborate with other team members and suppliers to address quality needs and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with quality management and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency/quality practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree /or equivalent in experience.
• Proven experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing setting or in a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/specifications.
• Strong communication skills for training and collaboration.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with quality management systems.
