Toledo Tool & Die is adding Press Operators to our team to support our continued growth.

This is a full-time position based in Pioneer, Ohio. We offer competitive wages, growth opportunities, and a clean, safe work environment.

Come join our team! Hours for this position are typically:

• Sunday night to Friday morning, 10:00pm-6:00am

*Must be available to work overtime (daily, weekends & some holidays) *

• Starting pay of $17.00/hour
• $1.00 Shift Premium for 3rd Shift

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

· Operate stamping presses and related equipment according to work instructions and safety procedures

· Examine and inspect completed work pieces for defects.

· Assist with loading coils, blanks, or parts into the press and monitor the stamping process

· Perform in-process inspections using gauges, calipers, or other measuring devices to ensure part conformance

· Identify and report any nonconforming parts, press malfunctions, or safety hazards to the supervisor or quality team

· Make minor adjustments to the press setup as needed to maintain quality and productivity

· Complete required production and quality documentation accurately

· Keep work area clean and organized in accordance with 5S standards

· Follow all company safety procedures, including the proper use of PPE

· Assist with die changes or material handling as needed

· Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate Supervisor and/or Manager, which may be outside the scope of responsibilities noted above.

Requirements

• Must      be at least 18 years of age.
• High      School Diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible      to work in the United States.
• Must      be able to satisfactorily complete pre-employment screening (background      check and drug screen).
• Identified      candidates must be able to work overtime (daily, weekends and holidays).
• Experience      operating large industrial equipment is preferred.
• Must      be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Report      to work on time to support production startup.
• Possess      good physical stamina and coordination.
• Must      be able to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch or climb for extended periods of      time.
• Must      be able to lift/push/pull objects that are up to 50 pounds.
• Work      as a team, good communication skills, basic math skills, physical      dexterity.
