Support peers with technical or process related challenges during process execution.

• End to end OTC payment application 
• Executes according to SLA's.
• Has detailed understanding of processes and SOP's.
• Adheres to controls.
• Has ideas for improvements.
• Informs Supervisor about any process issues.
• Understanding of finance and business.
• Issue Resolution related to payment application
• Payment application automation
• Focus on ONA reduction
• Work in partnership with relevant stakeholders to ensure collections activities are occurring in accordance with agreed KPI’s like DSO performance.
• Identify areas for improvement

•Full Night shifts needed as n when required for process (rotational)

• Rotational Saturday Sunday workings
• Reporting Skills
• Advance Excel Skills
•Quality and timely responses to internal & external stake holders
•Reduction of overdues through timely co-ordination with collectors
•Identifying payment patterns and delinquency in advance and suggesting improvement solutions / strategy
•Timely identification of cash flow issues and executing global standard policies to drive right customer behavior
•Perform Cash Application, Clear On Account and Suspense Account items.
•Driving internal projects & kaizen and participate in global projects
•Recommend changes to process and systems that will minimize risk, improve performance and productivity
•Review delinquent account on a regular basis to determine root causes
•Training and mentoring new team members on process
•Understand existing policies and procedures (process maps) and support in preparing as SOP’s as well as ensuring that SOP’s are always updated to ensure knowledge management
