Our Client Service Offering includes:- Strategy, Policy, and Performance Services - providing guidance and hands-on support to government departments driving economic and social outcomes through evidence-based decision-making.
- Commercial and Contract Advisory Services - commercial guidance on strategic procurement and sourcing, market engagement, and development of pricing and costing models.
- Corporate Transaction Services - end-to-end transaction support for business investments and asset transactions, including due diligence, valuation analysis, commercial modelling, business case reviews, and transaction planning and execution.
