Quality Control Manager

We QC millions of products for customers all over the world, powered by Shopify, Shipstation, and a highly automated PHP/Postgres backend. Our goal is to deliver the most beautiful nails in the world with world-class customer service.

Position Overview:

You will own the end-to-end Quality Control operation. You will manage our small US Quality Control team, and work with our suppliers to ensure that all products meet our quality standards. You will lead by example and set the standard for product quality, and train your team to meet this standard. You will monitor customer feedback, lead process improvements, and work closely with our Customer Service, Fulfillment, Inventory Planning, and Manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Hire and manage our Quality Control team 
• Ensure Quality Control KPIs are met
• Perform quality control inspections as needed
• Resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure budget targets are met
• Schedule the Quality Control team
• Responsible for running daily Quality Control operations
• Manage inventory and suppliers
• Complete other tasks as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to lift up to 49lbs
• Ability to work varying shifts (weekend shift is required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to move over, under, and around shelves and other objects
• Full use of hands and fingers to perform tasks
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, and/or holidays

Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year
