Global Fulfillment Manager

Lily and Fox is a fast-growing DTC beauty brand best known for the largest selection of nail wraps in the world. We ship hundreds of thousands of orders around the world, powered by Shopify, Shipstation, and a highly automated PHP/Postgres backend. Our goal is to deliver the most beautiful nails in the world with reliable shipping, and world-class customer service.

Position Overview:

You will own the end-to-end pick/pack/ship operation, and coordinate our international shipments. You will ensure every order leaves our facility accurately, on-time, and at the lowest cost. You will manage a small fulfillment team and help pick, pack, and ship orders as needed. You will lead process improvements, and work closely with our Customer Service, Quality Control, Inventory Planning, and Manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Hire and manage our fulfillment team 
• Ensure shipping KPIs are met
• Pick, pack, and ship orders as needed
• Resolve day-to-day technical and operational issues
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure budget targets are met
• Schedule the fulfillment team
• Responsible for running daily fulfillment operations
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Coordinate shipments with our teams in Germany and Australia
• Complete other tasks as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Ability to lift up to 49lbs
• Ability to work varying shifts (weekend shift is required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to move over, under, and around shelves and other objects
• Full use of hands and fingers to perform tasks
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, and/or holidays

• 1+ years experience managing a team

• Ability to problem solve and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency
