Job Description

Join TAL, one of Australia’s leading life insurers, as a Senior Partnership Manager in our Aware Super Partnership Team. As part of our team, you’ll work closely with superannuation partners, building lasting relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery at every stage.

This client-facing role is all about fostering partnerships, managing expectations, and delivering high-quality services in line with agreements and commitments. You will work within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment where your efforts have a meaningful influence on both our partners and customers.

In this role you will: 

  • Identify, design, and deliver new strategic initiatives to support the partner grow in line with business/partnership plans
  • Support TAL and the partner with legislative change and advocating to the industry
  • Work with the partner to implement new propositions, member engagement on insurance and digital solutions
  • Deliver excellent service through oversight of insightful reporting, and act as escalation point for service escalations
  • Identify, manage, and influence key internal stakeholders to ensure delivery to partner expectations
  • Identify, assess and deliver strategic initiatives to grow the partnership in line with agreed business plans Lead discussions on product design change

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and experience working within the Superannuation and/or Life Insurance Industry
  • Excellent relationship management, collaboration, and negotiation/influencing capabilities
  • Strong commercial acumen and comprehensive understanding of group insurance pricing and products
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
