Planning and Review (Monthly) for index dealers / Other A+,A and B Dealers. Using MSS, MSS+ for performance improvement. Address Critical issues through Joint Visits with DGM / RH / ZH. Dealer Capability Building. Effectiveness of HR system implementation and driving benefits of HR System implementation. Long Term Partnership Index (LTPI)Improvement on a quarterly basis. Mahindra Sales System and Panchratna Yojna Implementation and Effectiveness. Dealer Satisfaction Survey and Sales Satisfaction Index. Implementation of Action Plan. Dealer Council Meetings at Respective states
