• Monitor and respond to inquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency in all messaging.

• Maintain records of communications and prepare periodic reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a communications, PR, or related role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with communication platforms.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
