Job Title: Talent Executive/Recruiter - Early Careers 

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 USD  

Location: Soho, NYC – Hybrid 

 

About the role: 

 

The Talent Recruitment Team at mthree plays a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding high-potential junior talent for our global client base across the financial services and commercial sectors. We are passionate about connecting emerging professionals with exciting career opportunities that align with their skills and aspirations. 

  

As a Talent Executive/Recruiter, you will take ownership of a dynamic and varied portfolio of hiring needs across our client network, with a particular focus on the North America region (USA and Canada). You will lead strategic recruitment initiatives, working closely with Sales team colleagues to understand client demands and deliver tailored talent solutions. Your mission will be to champion mthree’s early careers programs, drive candidate engagement, provide candidates with interview development support and ensure the successful placement of diverse, high-calibre individuals into client-facing roles.

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for junior and graduate-level roles across multiple disciplines and regions. 
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Consistently deliver a high-quality, diverse, and readily available pool of candidates to support mthree’s global Alumni program. 
  • Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation: Source, screen, and assess candidates to meet the needs of external clients, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company values. 
  • Interview Coordination: Conduct and coordinate comprehensive interviews to assess candidate suitability and potential. 
  • University & Community Engagement: Represent mthree at events and build partnerships with academic institutions and diversity-focused organizations to promote the Alumni program. 
  • Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to identify and evaluate new target markets for talent acquisition. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development and Client Services teams to understand client needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly. 
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Build meaningful relationships with candidates through various communication channels, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. 
  • Professional Representation: Uphold a professional image of mthree by delivering exceptional service to all candidates and stakeholders. 
  • Database & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems (Salesforce and Greenhouse) and assist in preparing reports on recruitment metrics and outcomes.  
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed recruitment targets and performance goals. 

 

Skills & Experience 

 

Essential: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a tech-related recruitment role. 
  • Campus Recruitment experience. 
  • Strong people management experience. 
  • High volume recruitment experience. 
  • Understanding of candidate research with strong talent pooling skills. 
  • Driven to succeed and motivated by a target-driven environment. 
  • Passion for DE&I with experience in creating relevant attraction strategies. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence candidates. 
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities. 
  • Team player. 
  • Sales background with proven experience in relationship building and partnership management. 

 

Preferred: 

  • Knowledge of financial markets, compliance, and products. 
  • Experience using CRM software (Salesforce preferably) and ATS (Greenhouse). 
  • French speaking would be a bonus as we source quite heavily in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.  The base pay rate for this position is $60,000- $70,000 USD.  

This pay rate represents mthree's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting and based on the locations listed in the job advertisement. It is anticipated that qualified candidates selected for a placement will receive this pay rate as a starting salary once onsite with the mthree client, however, the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
