We’re hiring a Vice President, Total Rewards to join our HR leadership team in Bloomington, MN. Reporting to the CHRO, you’ll lead the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise-wide compensation, benefits, retirement, and HR operations. This high-impact role includes regular engagement with senior executives and the Board and is key to aligning rewards strategy with business goals to drive growth and attract top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing, innovative Total Rewards team
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders; provide consultative support
- Design and manage base pay, merit, and long-term incentive programs; drive continuous improvement
- Advise CEO, CHRO, and Board on executive compensation, equity, and compliance
- Develop and lead our benefits strategy to meet the needs of a diverse, distributed workforce while controlling costs
- Lead HR Operations; improve process efficiency and service delivery
- Maintain job architecture and career frameworks in conjunction with Talent team
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and HR on compliant, data-driven strategies
- Ensure global compliance with benefits, labor, and tax laws
- Oversee Total Rewards due diligence and integration for M&A
- Oversee communication and education of rewards and recognition programs
- Collaborate with HR IT to enhance HRIS tools and analytics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s preferred
- 15+ years in Total Rewards; 5+ in executive comp and board engagement
- Strong financial acumen; skilled in modeling, analytics, and data storytelling
- Executive presence; experienced presenting to senior leaders and boards
- Proven leader of high-performing, business-aligned teams
- M&A experience (due diligence and integration) a plus
- Track record of leading enterprise-wide change
- Culture-driven, agile leader in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of public company reporting and proxy disclosures preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $183,750 - $306,250 annually with eligibility for a 40% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Master's degree preferred
Years of Related Experience: 12-15 years experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Extensive consumer goods industry knowledge, preferably within the food industry. Has deep understanding of market, customer, competitor, and technology/innovation trends. Experience working in thecontext of a large, complex, global organization where working across boundaries and leading through influence arekeys to success. Executive stature - is viewed as promotable to a line operating role or a broader position atcorporate. Outstanding general business acumen, with an exposure, understanding, and appreciation of effective salesmanagement, operations, finance, brand marketing, human capital, and a complex supply chain. Ability to view thebusiness from a different perspective and see the bigger picture. Ability to ensure strategic plan is deployed, sustained, and adapting to change. Must be very articulate, persuasive, confident, inspiring, influence, buildrelationships, and manage conflict effectively.
