With this in mind, high caliber user research, prototype testing, feature prioritization, roadmap development and sprint execution skills are must-haves.
Our product managers have the mindset to build. They are organizational masterminds who excel in managing procedures and deadlines every step of the way. Working in collaboration with design and engineering teams, they drive a lean and agile development process, ensuring the seamless delivery of a product that achieves maximum value for users and equity holders alike.
**Please note: this role will start in the lab and transition to the newly created company upon launch.
In this role you will:
  • Act as the voice of the customer in the definition of innovative digital solutions as well as ensure the use of best practices in the development delivery of these solutions
  • Champion the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
  • In some ventures, assume the role of the interim general manager responsible for the successful execution of the entire venture
  • Construct robust user research efforts to identify key personas, pain points, needs and journeys
  • Provide insights into product, technology and market trends
  • Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps
  • Lead the strategic planning and prioritization of the product roadmap, taking into consideration capital spend against budget
  • Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
  • Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible
  • Monitor and report on product KPIs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test and deliver innovative solutions

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably within early stage startups in B2B SaaS
  • Product Leadership
    • Proven ability to lead 0→1 product development through MVP launch and scale.
    • Skilled in user research, opportunity sizing, and translating ethnographic insights into product strategy.
    • Strong background in marketplace, workflow automation, and payment platform products.
    • Experience defining product OKRs, roadmaps, and cross-functional execution with engineering, design, and GTM teams.
  • Technical & Analytical Strength
    • AI experience, agentic solutions
    • Comfortable working with integrations and complex data models (especially service history, parts tracking, and asset lifecycle).
    • Data-driven decision-maker who can analyze operational metrics to set priorities and measure product impact.
  • High adaptability in a venture build environment, can thrive in ambiguity and resource-constrained conditions.
  • Accountable for end-to-end product ownership from strategy to execution and post-launch optimization.
  • Work closely with fleets, OEMs, and service shop leadership to validate solutions.
  • Comfort navigating B2B sales cycles with enterprise customers

Preferred Domain Expertise (At lease one of three)
  1. Multi-sided platform experience in freight tech, logistics marketplaces, or similar B2B networked platforms.
  2. Fleet management software experience, ideally with exposure to vehicle telematics, asset lifecycle tracking, or maintenance scheduling.
  3. Aftermarket service operations knowledge (e.g., service shop workflows, OEM–dealer relationships, vendor coordination).
