Residence Manager – Fulltime – ARC20

The Salvation Army is looking for a in-house Residence Manager in West Michigan. If you want to use your talents to make a difference in the world, we are missioned driven, diverse, collaborative, and focused on positive results in people.

• Enforcement of house rules and overall security of the center. Ensure all times are adequately covered.
• Conduct residence and program orientation for new beneficiaries that includes a facility tour and review of emergency procedures.
• Lead weekly House Meetings.
• Responsible to train, schedule and supervise beneficiaries assigned to work therapy assignments such as janitorial crew, front desk or similar.

Rate of Pay: $14.42 per hour + Room and Board
