Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for patients.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records of patients' conditions and treatments.

- Educate patients and their families on health management strategies, treatment plans, medications, etc.

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.

- Follow infection control procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff members.

- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance nursing skills.

Qualifications:

-Must hold a valid nursing degree from an accredited institution.

-Possess current registration as a nurse in Australia (AHPRA registration).

-CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
