Client Services Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of client services representatives, ensuring that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The Client Services Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of client services representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
• Ensure that all client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor client feedback and respond to any issues or concerns
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that client needs are being met
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Provide regular reports to senior management on client satisfaction and retention

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in client services or a related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with CRM software and other client management tools
