Rapyd is looking for a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our Issuing team. This is a great opportunity to work with a great team on challenging and exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

Service to cardholders
Resolution of queries
Fraud Monitoring
Other various tasks

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer-facing role or education in a related field
Experience in the payment industry – Preferred
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and disciplined work methods
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Icelandic
