  Clarendale at Indian Lake is recruiting for a hospitality focused Sever to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community. If full time is what you're looking for - you would be eligible for Full Time benefits such as medical/vision/dental insurances, 401k, PTO earnings, bonuses, and much more. There is also a sign on bonus of $1000 and is paid out quarterly through your first year. If this sounds like something you would you, come join us :)   We are in search of candidates whom are available to work any of the following:

• full time from 11am to 7pm  
• part time  lunch shift 10am to 2pm  
• part time dinner shift 4pm to 7pm
   

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dining Room Server:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always. 
• Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always. 
• Set tables and maintain workstations in proper order. Take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answer pertinent questions about menu items. 
• Serve customers using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere. 
• Expected to help wash and put back dishes when needed.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required (must be 16yo or older)
• Experience in food service work preferred 
• Experience in working with seniors preferred 
• Must be available to work weekends (on rotation)

  Starting wage is $14.50/hr to $15.50/hr pending experience and pay is always negotiable.   MOST IMPORTATNLY: No late nights!!! :)   Benefits are offered to full time employes. There is also a sign on bonus of $1000 that is paid out quarterly. We offer shift pick up bonuses. Lastly, we give yearly stay bonuses for each anniversary date of employee.
