We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Email Marketing Developer.

Compensation:
USD 1.8K - 2.2K/month.

Location:
Remote (for Colombia, Perú, Argentina, Bolivia, and Chile residents).

What makes you a strong candidate:

You have 2+ years of experience in campaign management and email marketing.
You are proficient in CSS, HTML, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
English - Native or fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

Develop and execute high-quality email campaigns using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
Code responsive and dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, and scripting languages such as AMPscript or SSJS.
Manage audience segmentation and targeting using SQL queries and data extensions.
Optimize campaign workflows including data flows, automation logic, and contact models for maximum efficiency and scalability.
Implement A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure deliverability and compliance with email marketing best practices, privacy regulations, and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure campaign strategy and execution are aligned.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across integrated marketing tools and systems.

Requisitos

2–3 years of experience in email marketing development or campaign execution.
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred; familiarity with HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar platforms is a plus.
Strong understanding of email marketing principles, segmentation strategies, and customer journey mapping.
Proficiency in HTML; working knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, and/or SSJS is a plus.
Experience with responsive design and cross-client email rendering.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
