Deputy Vice President - Product - COE - Motor Finance - Motor Finance - Product - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - 2nd Floor - (M7-M9)

Key Deliverables:

• Develop new schemes to achieve competitiveness in the market in liaison with TML stakeholders. 
• Ensure coordination with Credit, Risk, Ops and IT teams to ensure that systems, processes and operations are ready for any new scheme launch.
• Manage subvention/incentive programs with TML and accounts dept. for various products
• Manage Channel payouts and liaise with Accounts & field team to execute them.
• Keep track of IRR & Documentation charges matrix for each product & suggest improvements
• Continuously monitor product performance & productivity in each region/ state / branch
• Escalate deviations from target, poor performance in any dimension to the respective product Head
• Maintain a sound management development plan by engaging and mentoring the direct reports to prepare them for larger and higher roles within TMF and the function
• Oversee delivery of specialized training programs on product, new schemes etc for the field team.
•  To lead the implementation of the fee income strategy in line with TMF’s vision, mission and corporate objectives. 
• Ensure that the departmental objectives are effectively communicated across the department and a line of sight is created between individual jobholders and the departmental/corporate strategy. 
• To ensure that Sourcing costs are controlled and released to stakeholders on timely basis.
