This role requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive brand consistency and deliver high-quality design across all marketing initiatives. Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and client goals.
Create innovative visual assets for both digital and print media.
Mentor and guide junior designers.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials developed for project-specific clients
Collaborate with various teams, like marketing and copywriting.
Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients.
Stay updated on design trends and software.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

What your experience looks like

A Senior Creative Designer should possess a bachelor’s degree in a design-related field.
5+ years of experience in graphic design or visual branding, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across various mediums.
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools such as Sketch or Figma.
Creative and Conceptual Abilities: Strong aesthetic skills, ability to combine colors, layouts, and fonts, and generate fresh concepts that effectively communicate brand messages.
Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, provide feedback, and effectively present design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and content strategy principles, creating designs that are both visually appealing and functional.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality work within budget and deadlines.
