TikTok Shop - Product Manager, Tracking - Seattle

Global E-Commerce Supply Chain and Logistics-Fulfill by Tiktok and Global Selling Product team strives to build and offer product solutions for different business lines and multiple types of seller in warehouse /transportation/delivery of L2L and crossborder.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for logistics track-and-Trace, and logistics details product solution for TikTok Shop.
- Define the standard for tracking mapping, integration with logistics tracking providers, and how to display the information to buyers and sellers.
- Deep understanding of the market and business. Maintain close communication with the User team and experience team in each market.
- Monitor and manage the progress of the product project, ensure that the project is launched on time and high quality.
- Set and monitor the product metrics that impact performance that are related to tracking, ontime-rate, tracking-intact-rate, DNR, etc.
- Work cross-functionally with logistic and supply chain teams, cross-function teams and technology teams. Align the needs and priorities of features requested from teams to ensure proper vision and deliverability of the team given the resources available.
