Responsibilities

Partner closely with Copilot Engineering and Product leaders to drive strategic planning, execution, and alignment.
Lead and manage business rhythms including leadership meetings, all-hands, and planning cycles.
Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of key priorities.
Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to leadership, enabling clarity and focus.
Manage communications and change management across the organization.
Support organizational health efforts, including culture, inclusion, and team effectiveness.
Coordinate with finance, Human Resources, and other support functions to ensure operational efficiency. This includes Position Control Number (PCN) and Headcount (HC) management as well as communication to hiring managers.
Lead special projects and initiatives that span engineering and product teams.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8 years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles
OR equivalent experience.
Proven experience in Chief of Staff, program management, or strategic operations roles within technical or product organizations.
Proven understanding of engineering and product development processes.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment.
Experience with strategic planning, business operations, and executive communications.
Passion for technology, innovation, and building inclusive teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Master of Business Administration Degree in relevant field (e.g., Engineering)
Proven experience with excel (spreadsheets)

Business Management M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year.
