We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Security Guard to join our team at Playmakers. In this role, you will help maintain a secure and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position includes evening shifts, which may finish around 2:00 a.m.

Responsibilities:

Use conflict resolution skills to de-escalate situations effectively.
Check guest identification in compliance with provincial regulations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the venue.
Assist with end-of-night closing procedures.
Follow all cash handling and robbery prevention policies and procedures.
Provide assistance during accidents or emergencies.
Comply with all LGCA (Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority) guidelines and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in high-pressure situations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work evenings and late shifts ending around 2:00 a.m.
Manitoba Security Guard License(preferred).
