Job Description:

Grand Villa of Englewood is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Memory Care Director to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for serving seniors and making a positive impact in their lives. The Memory Care Director will provide overall leadership and management of the Memory Care Department, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, develop, and lead the operations of the Memory Care Department.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws, as well as Grand Villa's standards and guidelines.
• Foster a caring and supportive environment for residents with dementia and their families.
• Collaborate with staff to implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents.
• Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills in memory care.
• Engage with families and the community to promote awareness and understanding of dementia care.

Skills And Qualifications:

• Passion for working with seniors and a commitment to enhancing their quality of life.
• Experience in geriatrics, specifically with dementia patients.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in memory care.
