Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager to oversee the procurement,
organization, tracking, and replenishment of both office and medical inventory. This role is
critical to ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across administrative and clinical functions,
maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Office Inventory Management
- Maintain and monitor stock levels for all office supplies, including stationery, and
consumables.
- Collects and reviews order to submit and ensure timely delivery and restocking.
- Implement inventory tracking systems to streamline usage and reduce waste.
- Work with department heads to forecast supply needs and manage budgets accordingly.
Medical Inventory Management
- Oversee the acquisition, storage, and distribution of medical supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of medical items, adhering to health and
safety regulations.
- Monitor expiration dates and implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) protocols.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with healthcare
regulations.
Additional Duties
- Develop and maintain inventory reports, KPIs, and dashboards for internal reporting.
- Lead periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Work cross-functionally with procurement, finance, and clinical teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned
