Job Description: Director (Belarus)

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

We are one of the largest international mining companies, currently undergoing accreditation with the High-Tech Park (HTP) and operating at the intersection of IT and financial technologies. Our focus is on developing innovative solutions in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors. As we establish our presence in Belarus, we are seeking an experienced Director to lead the companys local operations and play a key role in its strategic development.

We are not only seeking a nominee for regulatory purposes but a true leader who will actively contribute to building the business in Belarus and play a vital role in its development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage the operations of the Belarus entity in full compliance with national legislation and HTP requirements.

Ensure regulatory adherence, including reporting to local authorities and the National Bank.

Oversee financial and operational processes (budgeting, reporting, business efficiency).

Build and execute the companys local growth strategy.

Develop and maintain partnerships with key players in the Belarusian and international markets.

Represent the company in negotiations, at industry events, and within associations.

Contribute to scaling blockchain and crypto-related initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

Belarusian citizenship and residency (mandatory).

Proven leadership experience (3+ years as Director, CEO, or similar senior role).

Strong management background, ideally in finance, banking, investment, or IT/industrial sectors.

Attestation from the National Bank of Belarus (existing certificate or readiness to obtain within 67 months; company will cover costs).

Solid knowledge of Belarusian business and financial legislation.

Track record in business development and partnership building.

Higher education in economics, finance, law, or technology.

Russian and English language fluency
