About the role

The Sr. Marketing Growth Manager will lead the Brand Strategy team, comprised of brand management, consumer insights, and emerging channels. This role will serve as a strategic marketing generalist overseeing multi-channel campaign planning to drive call volume, audience engagement, and brand equity—especially among Hispanic communities. This leader will be responsible for translating business and growth priorities into actionable marketing strategies, guiding content development across platforms, and ensuring alignment with the firm’s broader goals. The ideal candidate combines strong brand management experience with fluency in consumer insights, content strategy, and cross-functional leadership.


What you'll do

  • Directly manage and provide strategic oversight for a team of brand strategy, consumer/client insights, Podcast and TikTok specialists; championing creativity, accountability, and platform fluency.
  • Serve as a strategic marketing lead overseeing brand strategy team; managing project briefs and quarterly marketing plans.
  • Define and evolve the firm’s brand positioning and marketing strategies across new and existing marketing channels, service lines and geographic expansions; aligning with business goals and driving measurable results.
  • Translate insights into strategic recommendations that inform campaign development, service expansion strategies, creative direction, and media investment.
  • Identify new content opportunities and recommend pilots or tests that drive innovation and support business expansion efforts with a strong lens on performance and brand consistency.
  • Partner with analytics and social sentiment teams to define KPIs, track performance, and optimize strategy in real time.
  • Collaborate with content creators, analysts, and project managers to ensure timelines, workflows, and deliverables are met.
  • Lead and manage the full Marketing calendar across all client touchpoints and campaigns.


Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in brand management or content marketing
  • 5 years experience working in social media and/or emerging platforms
  • 5–7 years of experience managing direct reports, with proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing examples of marketing/social driven results.
  • Strong organizational, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable on camera and in live production or podcast environments.
  • Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads Manager or paid social media tools preferred
  • Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms such as Captivate, Libsyn, or Spotify for Podcasters preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
  • Experience collaborating with or interviewing high-profile figures, such as executives or celebrities desirable

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday Eastern Time onsite in our Tampa, Florida office
