We are on the lookout for a new Fulfilment Employee to join our Fulfilment Center in Utrecht. We have a passionate, entrepreneurial and international team and we cannot wait to welcome you!

As Fulfilment Employee you play a key role in our fast-growing warehouse. This team is responsible for the shipment of our products (electronic equipment such as gateways and sensors), configuration of customers in our software platform, assembly and calibration jobs, and taking care of the handling, testing and refurbishing of returned products. The team currently handles ~20 shipments per day which are shipped worldwide, and this number will grow over time.

What you will do:

From the Fulfilment Center in Utrecht, you will:

Check the order status and ensure its completeness together with the Onboarding teams;
Configure and calibrate our sensors to our customers’ specifications;
Prepare the shipments of our products to customers all over the world. This involves picking, packing, creating shipments and drafting the required documents (commercial invoice, manuals, etc)
Communicate with customers about their order status;
Test and refurbish returned products;
Keep the Fulfilment Center in order, for instance by keeping track of our inventory and receipts of new products.

Who are you:

Your work and thinking level is at minimum MBO level;
You are available for 32-40 hours per week;
You are proficient in the English language;
You are operationally driven and have an eye for detail;
Being a team player is highly valued, though the ability to work independently is equally important;
You can handle pressure well and gain satisfaction from getting orders completed efficiently and on time;
Technical knowledge is an advantage but not essential; however, having an affinity or passion for technology will be highly beneficial.
