Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for assisting guests within the Pool & Beach area according to our service standards in order to ensure guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Opening and closing procedures for the Pool & Beach area.
• Maintaining a clean and organized pool area environment.
• Preparing culinary snacks and drinks
• Taking orders and serving guests.
• Cleaning of bar and service area.
• Reporting of technical difficulties to the maintenance department.
• Ordering of food and beverage items from the storage area.
• Controlling inventory of towels, bathrobes and kitchen towels.
• Ordering pool supply.
• Cost control of pool income and expenses.
• Cleaning of fitness equipment.
• Reporting maintenance issues to the engineering department.
• Assisting guest with work out tools and equipment.

 Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.

Desired qualifications:

• 2 years experience in F&B operations
• Certificate in Food & Beverage service or any related field
• Operational knowledge of pool and beach operations 
• Brief knowledge of hotel operations & POS systems
