Job Description

 

  • Independent safeguarding of payroll accounting, accounting for employee fees:
    • Manage internal payroll accounts
    • Check attendance times, include overtime and allowances
    • Instruct the salaries
    • Preparing Data for Financial Accounting
  • Independent management and maintenance of employee master data,
  • Issuance of certificates and working papers
  • Carrying out the monthly or annual reporting system:
    • Submit reports to health insurance companies
    • Submit income tax data to the tax office
    • correspond with authorities, health insurance companies and social security institutions
  • Contact person for managers, employees and colleagues with questions about payroll as well as social security and payroll tax as part of HR services
  • Participate in the preparation of expert opinions, annual reports and annual financial statements
  • Assistance with payroll tax and social security audits
  • Independently develop and design HR processes, taking into account and applying digital tools

 

Qualifications

  • Very good knowledge of payroll accounting (wages and salaries)
  • Very good knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations (e.g. social security, wage tax, income tax, collective agreements, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of IT applications (especially billing programs)
  • Very good knowledge of data protection and data security
  • Good knowledge of human resource management processes
  • High level of service and consulting expertise
  • Confident appearance and professionalism
  • Good communication skills (two-way communication)
  • Trustworthiness and commitment
  • Independent, structured and proactive way of working
