Help Desk Support Specialist - DoD

INNOVIM Defense Services is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team supporting the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) program at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). INNOVIM supports the development, implementation, sustainment, and operations of enclaves and systems that manage missile defense training, events, analysis, and operations.

The candidate will:

• Collect and analyze data to provide technical resolutions.
• Provide remote troubleshooting support for break/fix issues.
• Provide escalation and status updates to MDA customers.
• Provide technical support for enterprise projects that affect Service Desk workflows.
• Resolve daily battle rhythm tasks.
• Track all work using the Remedy ticketing system.
• Utilize the mature knowledge database to assist customers.

 

Basic Requirements:

• Must have 4, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
• Must have 6 months (or more) of IT experience
• Must have IT Customer Service Experience
• Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (ex: Security+)
• Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance

This position is expected to pay $56,000 - $65,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
