You as a Senior Director will:
- Identify, pursue and develop projects across Texas.
- Develop comprehensive project execution plans, including financial structuring and execution of infrastructure transactions which ultimately ensure long term success for our partners.
- Play a key role alongside the leadership team developing strategy and driving initiatives to establish a strong presence in the Texas market especially as it relates to public infrastructure development.
- Utilize your extensive local network to build, foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, embodying trust and fairness in every interaction.
- Lead and assist the broader team with government relations and strategy employing your public affairs experience in the state of Texas and others as applicable.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that emphasizes caring for our business, values and the safety of our team and community.
- Use your background to lead and mentor junior members of the team.
Is this the right role for you?
- Proven ability to develop, communicate, drive and deliver strategic initiatives in both public and private sectors.
- At least 20 Years of Texas government relations experience with deep relationships and connections with leaders at all levels of government across Texas and other states.
- At least 20 years of senior client relationship management experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality client/prospect interactions.
- At least 10 years of experience in developing and implementing public sector procurement strategies including Public-Private Partnerships
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify and execute process improvements.
- Demonstrated commitment to and ability to deliver high-quality client/prospect interactions.
