We’re looking for an Operations & Sales Support Specialist – someone who thrives on keeping processes running smoothly, making sure no detail slips through the cracks, and helping both our sales and account management teams shine
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the operational backbone for our sales and account management teams, making sure processes run smoothly from lead allocation to client support.
- Coordinating account setups, updates, and requests, ensuring every detail is handled with accuracy and care.
- Supporting value-added services: tracking expirations, managing approvals, and keeping promotions and deals on track.
- Helping streamline payment flows, verifications, and client documentation, so colleagues and clients can focus on results.
- Preparing and sharing reports that highlight performance, upcoming deadlines, and opportunities—keeping the team one step ahead.
- Serving as the connector between sales, finance, and customer success—making sure nothing slips through the cracks and everyone can shine.
What we’re looking for:
- Higher education degree.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles.
- Strong skills in Google Sheets/Docs/Slides and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Experience managing documentation, client requests, or operational workflows with high attention to details.
- Ability to handle structured data, deadlines, and multiple priorities at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a big plus).
- Comfortable preparing reports, tracking metrics, and collaborating across teams.
