The Role of a Client Care Advisor
As a Client Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with a warm and professional welcome. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, supporting both the veterinary team and our clients. You will be required to communicate effectively with both veterinary staff and pet owners.
Your key responsibilities will include:
*Provide support to team members as required.*Handling referral calls from other practices and scheduling appointments.*Assisting clients with queries over the phone and in person.*Providing reassurance and empathetic support to clients during their visits.*Taking payments, solving problems, and ensuring attention to detail in all interactions.

Our largest practice, Pride Veterinary Centre, is a 24/7 hospital offering both first opinion and referral care across multiple disciplines. We also operate additional veterinary practices in Derby, Nottingham, and Burton upon Trent, along with a dedicated farm and equine practice.
Working Pattern
This is a part-time permanent role working 24.5 hours per week. The shifts will be between the hours of 7:00am-11:00pm Monday-Friday. Additionally, you would be required to partake in the weekend rota where the shift will fall between 8:00am and 11:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Rotas will be produced at least 4 weeks in advance, with the expectation you are flexible to cover the ‘core’ hours and days within the week. There may be potential for extra hours to cover holidays and sickness.
