You will coordinate all mechanical service repair mandates from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes issuing authorizations, contacting clients for undocumented repairs, entering data into our systems, communicating expectations to the service team with an evaluation date, and proactively informing clients of any delays. In collaboration with sales, you will ensure that quotes are advantageous for both Laurentide and the client, while maximizing profitability.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Sales Support

  • Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling or complementary services.
  • Document activities in the CRM system.
  • Prioritize sales efforts based on technical capacity.

Relationship Development

  • Maintain clear, transparent, and responsive communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and supervisory teams.
  • Participate in client meetings and follow-ups to build long-term relationships.
  • Ensure quality service under all circumstances.

Quoting

  • Qualify requests with sales and operations: type, urgency, HSE constraints.
  • Assess needs: technicians, materials, timelines, site constraints.
  • Prepare quotes on time, ensuring profitability.
  • Incorporate client expectations (HSE, deadlines, constraints).

Planning

  • Schedule mandates in calendars, taking priorities and availability into account.
  • Reserve tools, equipment, and PPE.
  • Confirm dates with clients and validate HSE access requirements.
  • Issue and adjust weekly schedules to optimize resource use.
  • Plan HSE training and development activities.

Coordination and Invoicing

  • Track each repair: authorizations, reception, documentation, client expectations, and work order creation.
  • Update statuses in internal systems.
  • Communicate promptly in case of delays or changes.
  • Verify and prepare invoices.
  • Participate in post-project reviews to improve processes.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Education or experience in technical coordination, mechanics, or customer service.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and autonomous.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
  • Proficient with digital tools (CRM, ERP).
  • Customer-focused, collaborative, and aware of HSE standards.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
