Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and analyze business requirements, with a focus on contact center operations and transformation.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements, including for Genesys Cloud CX (GCCX) where applicable.
- Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend technology-driven improvements.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, such as functional specifications, wireframes, swim-lane diagrams, and use cases, to guide development teams.
- Work closely with technical teams to align solution design with business outcomes, ensuring seamless integration with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Manage small to medium-sized projects, balancing competing priorities and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and support change readiness to validate that solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or solution delivery, ideally in telecom, customer experience, or contact center transformation projects.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and solution design for complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX (preferred) and related contact center technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, influence decision-making, and bridge communication between business and technical teams.
- Experience with system integration, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills, with a detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
