Join Berkadia as a Temporary Event Planner, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our local marketing strategy and orchestrating dynamic events that showcase our company and brand. Dive into a fast-paced, creative environment where your expertise will lead the charge in planning and executing impactful events, from industry conferences to client gatherings.
- Lead the planning and coordination of local and regional events, including internal training, client events, tradeshows, industry conferences, and webinars.
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process for all event types.
- Manage and maintain events department files, including the event roster, and communicate regular updates to the broader Berkadia audience.
- Support Event Managers in the end-to-end planning of National Events.
- Oversee the management and implementation of Berkadia's Corporate Partnerships.
- Manage event-related communications, including the Events Inbox.
- Oversee the management and inventory of the Company Store and Events Store.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time domestically as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excels in fast-paced environments and maintains calm under pressure and stressful situations.
- Demonstrates professionalism in interactions with internal and external clients, as well as vendors, ensuring clear communication.
- Maintains a high level of organization and creativity, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail in all aspects of event planning and execution.
- Possesses strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Cvent, and Canva.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
This is a full-time temporary role from October to April, perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact in a short period.

The provided base salary information for this position is part of an overall national range. The actual salary within our range for this position will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate.
